I’m still waiting on my order and it’s been frustrating. The delivery never showed up, and support keep giving me vague answers instead of actually helping.

I went in expecting way more options, but the selection was bare. A bunch of the stuff I was looking for just wasn’t there, which felt a little suspicious, like they’re purposely keeping the good stuff hidden in the back or saving it for certain people. Maybe that’s just me being paranoid, but either way, I didn’t see much worth buying and ended up leaving empty-handed

I really do like Giadzy’s products, but my experience with customer service was a bit disappointing. I emailed twice about my order and didn’t really get a clear update. The first response took a few days, and then I didn’t hear anything after that. I understand things can get busy, but it was frustrating when I was just looking for a simple status update

I was surprised to see that the shipping ended up costing more than the pasta I actually ordered. That really doesn’t feel right, and I’d expect at least an apology or some kind of explanation for charges like that.

I was really hoping this would be better, but everything I tried tasted kind of stale and cheap. For what I paid, it just didn’t feel worth it. I also got the feeling there might’ve been some extra charge or hidden fee baked in somewhere, because the total seemed higher than what the quality justified.

The packaging looked kind of generic, and the product info was vague, so it didn’t really give me much confidence that it was the authentic Italian stuff they talk about. I tried ordering from giadzy.com, but the checkout kept freezing right after I entered my payment info. I had to go back a couple of times, and then my cart emptied itself once, which made me lose patience fast.
The shipping and tax also weren’t clear until the very end, so I felt like I was just guessing what I’d actually pay. After all that, I gave up and didn’t place the order. Way too much hassle.

I ordered from Giadzy to send as a gift, but it didn’t really have that gift-y feel at all. The packaging was super plain and there wasn’t much of a nice presentation when it arrived. For the price, I expected it to feel a little more special when my friend opened it. Instead it was kind of like, come on now, did I just ship them groceries? Disappointing

I was hoping to like it more. The pantry items are nice enough and everything seemed fine quality-wise, but for what you’re getting, the prices felt high to me. Once shipping was added, it was harder to justify. Not bad by any means, just not the best value for my budget.

I wish I’d known before ordering. I waited two weeks and my package still never showed up. Super frustrating and just not worth the hassle if you need your order anytime soon.

I ordered from Giadzy and ended up needing to send part of it back. The products themselves may be perfectly fine, but the return process kind of took the shine off the whole thing. Responses took a while, and I felt like I had to follow up more than I should’ve. The instructions weren’t especially clear either, so it turned into more of a hassle than expected. Not sure I’d be in a rush to order again after that.

I was trying to order a few things from Giadzy. Looked good at first. But the site got frustrating fast.

Pages were slow. The menu kept jumping around on my phone. I had to tap stuff more than once. Filters didn’t help much either.

Checkout felt clunky too. Too many steps. Not super clear what was saved. I ended up giving up before buying. Products might be great, but the site needs work.

I was disappointed when my order showed up because some of the ingredients just didn’t seem that fresh. A few things looked kind of tired, and the taste wasn’t really what I was hoping for, especially for the price.

I also wish the communication had been clearer about what to expect, because the description made it sound better than what actually arrived. It’s annoying when you feel like you have to guess whether you’re getting something fresh or not.

I’m not totally sure where things got mixed up, but the package I received had a couple of items that weren’t what I ordered, and one thing seemed to be missing entirely. Frustrating, especially since I was expecting everything to be correct the first time.

My order arrived in a box that was pretty much crushed and half open, which was... not exactly reassuring. I’m sure everything was totally fine in the grand scheme of life, but it really didn’t look like much care went into packing it.
One of the jars had leaked a little, so the stuff inside was sticky by the time I opened it. The paper padding was just kind of thrown in there, doing its best, I guess, but not actually protecting much.
For what things cost on Giadzy, I expected the packaging to be a lot more secure. I’m not losing sleep over it or anything, obviously, but it was disappointing enough that I probably wouldn’t order again.
